​CANCELLATION POLICY: 
Payment is required at the time of reservation to hold the booking.  Customers who notify us of a cancellation more than 48 hours in advance of their scheduled booking will receive a full refund or credit.  Customers who notify us of a cancellation between 48 and 24 hours in advance of their scheduled booking will receive a 50% refund or credit.  Customers who notify us of a cancellation less than 24 hours in advance of their scheduled booking will be charged the full cost. No-Shows will be charged full cost as well.
Customers will receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
